Delete your account
You can delete your Student Passport account and the data linked to it at any time.
From your account
Log in, open Settings and choose Delete account. To confirm, type your email address. Deletion happens immediately.
What is deleted
- Your profile and account
- Your saved programs
- Your applications and their history
- All documents you uploaded
What is kept
Payment records are kept in anonymised form, because we must keep them for accounting. They are no longer linked to your name or email.
Can't log in?
Send a request from the email address of your account. We will confirm by email before we delete anything.
